A Rework challenge from Foundations. Your shop runs on one database. Twenty seconds into the test, the team will pull its plug, and it stays down. They want at least 95 out of every 100 requests to keep working through it, every second. Keep the shop up, and spend as little as you can.
The design you start with: p99 175ms, 0% of requests failing, 122/s answered.
